Patients in hospital may request in writing for Therapeutic Touch™ to be part of their nursing plan of care. If the hospital cannot make this available, a Practitioner from outside the institution may be contacted by the family through the TTNO referral service.

When a request for a practitioner is made, a TTNO Recognized Practitioner is referred. It is up to the requesting person to contact the practitioner and discuss fees. Both patients and practitioners are encouraged to report their experiences to the TTNO. All information is confidential.
