Roxana Roshon, Recognized Therapeutic Touch Practitioner has written a chapter entitled a “A Peek Into The World of Energy Medicine” in the new textbook, Holistic Healing: Theories, Practices and Social Change (2019; Ed. P.A. Dunn). In the book, over thirty diverse contributors describe individual, family, community, national, and global holistic healing. The inclusion of Therapeutic Touch®, Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Indigenous Healing practices, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Massage Therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and other complementary healing modalities in a textbook for university students is groundbreaking.
Roxana is grateful to be part of this project that promotes concepts and practices of holistic healing in post-secondary education and contributes to the knowledge of practitioners in the field and the general public.
