Therapeutic Touch at “Rediscover Me”, October 2 in Picton

2015 10 Alzheimers retreat picton 12015 10 Alzheimers retreat picton 2The Carrying Place Practice group, joined by members of the Belleville Practice Group, once again provided Therapeutic Touch sessions for the participants at "Rediscover Me" in Picton, October 2

This day, hosted by The Alzheimer Society of Belleville-Hastings-Quinte gave  caregivers a chance to relax and forget about the stress and strain of looking after their loved ones with the disease. Attendees enjoyed several optional activities: expressive art, jewellery making, reflexology, Therapeutic Touch, scrabble or just chatting with friends in the common room.
