TTAW 2024 - May 9 - North McIntyre Recreation Centre - Wow, what a great day!  We were honored to host 14 attendees and had 5 practitioners at our event today.  Five TT sessions were provided and all were relaxed and happy folks.  So much challenge for people these days, it was an opportunity to stress how important it is to take time out and look after yourself!  Also, we chatted about how we ALL have innate wisdom to heal (activate our inner healer) and that TT supports this process in so many ways (expedites healing, calms the nervous system as well as we can extend this care to our friends and family members as well as pets should the opportunity present).
